The physical condition cannot be separated from our thoughts.

Our minds are directly influenced by our bodies. The wisest path is to preserve physical health, for a healthy body sustains a sound mind. The mind often pursues what benefits the body — namely, well-being. The body, in turn, has basic demands: sex, rest, sleep, food, and water. These fundamental needs are the pillars of human life.

In the modern world:

  • Sex is an act rooted in reproduction — its original and natural purpose. However, this has been distorted by modern technology and artificial desires. Love, once a profound human connection, has often been reduced to a means of accessing sex more frequently.

  • Rest and sleep are essential for endurance. Society, especially in recent centuries, has structured life in a way that allows most people to rest at night — a rhythm in harmony with the body's natural limitations. Without this balance, no body could work indefinitely.

  • Food and water have become overly accessible to many. As a result, overconsumption has led to widespread problems like obesity. Our bodies were made to survive scarcity — not abundance. Thus, the modern excess challenges the very biology that once ensured our survival.
